It doesn't hurt exactly. You know what it feels like to get kicked in the balls? It's that feeling, but without the pain. It feels like a sinking in your gut, kind of. If something hurts, either you're crushing them or twisting them, or some tubes are getting kinked.

It took me over a year to learn how to do it correctly. If you really can't find the holes, take a cold bath and see if they'll go in on their own.

I know this might sould "off the wall" but it accidently worked for me. I was jerking upside down once and it happened and I didn't notice it. I was like, wheres ma'balls?
